Founder and CEO Julian Andrew launched Talentiish in 2022 with a simple belief: under-represented creators deserve full-scale support, powerful opportunities, and a seat at every table. Today, Talentiish is a multi-hyphenate management and creative company representing artists, creators, and cultural voices who shape the way we see beauty, identity, humor, music, and storytelling.

Andrew represents a standout roster including Dexter Mayfield, Anthony Bowens, Jay Choyce Tibbitts, Glow By Ramon, Lamar Dawson, Kevin Aviance, and other leading figures. His management style merges strategic vision with cultural intuition—connecting talent to brand partners like Netflix, Sephora, TikTok, Meta, Coach, and T-Mobile; producing live experiences; and developing projects across film, TV, podcasts, literature, and consumer goods.

Before founding Talentiish, Andrew spent over a decade building careers in the digital and entertainment space. He helped grow breakout creators like Chris Olsen and Ian Paget, launched the men’s talent division at Socialyte, served in the talent division at Condé Nast, and produced fashion/celebrity content for IMG and Mercedes-Benz Fashion Week. His ongoing collaboration with legendary artist Kevin Aviance reflects his deep ties to queer culture and the communities that inspire his work.

Rooted in representation, creativity, and community, Andrew’s vision for Talentiish is to build a new model of management; one that is intentional, culturally aware, and artist/creator-focused from the ground up.
