Dr. Varuna Srinivasan
Dr. Varuna Srinivasan is a physician and public health expert trained at Johns Hopkins University whose work centers on gender, sexuality, and health equity. A leading advocate for queer liberation and reproductive rights, she focuses on transforming healthcare systems to be more inclusive and accessible for all bodies.
Her work has appeared in The Washington Post, Health, Cosmopolitan, and Vogue India, and she previously served as Allure’s resident sex columnist and an expert review board member for Parents Magazine. She also created Planned Parenthood’s first abortion toolkit designed specifically for Asian American communities.
Dr. Srinivasan is the CEO and co-founder of Fluid Health, a health-tech platform connecting women and sexual minorities with affirming care, and the author of the forthcoming book High Maintenance (HarperCollins, 2027)
